I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I have a very nice comfortable rocking chair that accomodated the two babies and me. They still get nightly rocks although it is hard to squeeze them both in now and usually its one first and then the other. The rocks are just now a quick snuggle and one quick song each. It's still my favourite part of the day - the whole goodnight ritual. My friends kid me sometimes and say, "oh you will love the day, when you can say the kids "Okay say goodnight and off to your bed." I can't imagine not tucking them in, reading stories or pr oregoing that rock.

I hope you enjoy many rocks, snuggles and kisses with your next little one in your new glider.

Yeah, Mr. B picked it up on Saturday, and I love it. The kids love it. I think it's going to be great.

We have both types. I found the glider better for rocking babies, especially with the ottoman. The glider is still in my family room and the old style is in the basement.

I have one in Macy's room that I have used. It is great to rock her in and to have a place to sit in her room. The only thing I don't like is that I wish I would have gotten one that is plushier (looks more like a recliner). But I didn't want to pay the price for it! KWIM? Without the gliding ottoman I doubt I would have used it as much.

Does it have the footstool glider too? I still have the one from the babies - Dutalier or something or other - I loved it!

That's what I have, not the Dutalier, but the chair and the footstool. I absolutely love it.

I don't love the blue jean covers, but I can probably work up a #6 on that.
